had a loud and lively demo at their Alverstoke laboratory.
QinetiQ's Alverstoke site, where they mutilate and torture goats in cruel tests, was today visited by determined activists armed with banners, leaflets and very loud voices!
As the staff scurried around looking rather flushed, we told them exactly what we thought of their useless and barbaric tests. Many passing vehicles expressed their support, and leaflets were given out to passers-by.
After two hours of almost solid chanting, which loudly echoed across the shabby-looking compound and brought out a rather disgruntled employee, we decided we'd made our point and left. Don't like the noise, QinetiQ? Well, goats certainly don't like to be experimented upon in hyperbaric chambers -- you know how to get rid of us, get rid of these vile tests! Needless to say, we'll be back very soon.
