First
stop today was the Alverstoke laboratory where dozens of goats are being
subjected to cruel, pointless and outdated hyperbaric research.
As usually plenty of workers downed tools to see what we were doing, which
is fine by us - the l
ess work you do the better! Over paranoid security shuttled employees to and fro, whilst we chanted and displayed our banners. Passers-by honked their horns and gave the thumbs up.
Our point made, we moved on to Portsdown Hill near Portsmouth, where QinetiQ have a huge facility. De
spite the mist and rain we made loads of noise, and informed all of the staff leaving of their company's cruel tests on live goats. We stayed here for a few hours before moving off.
